Privacy Notice

This notice describes the current website, including its campaign brief form, which submits your details to the Streetforce team. Last updated October 13, 2026. It is not a promise that information can never appear in routine hosting or security logs.

1. Scope and operator

This notice applies to the Streetforce website, not to unrelated external websites. “Streetforce” means the site operator. A legal entity, postal privacy contact, and a monitored privacy-request destination have not been identified on this website. Those details and an appropriate rights-request process must be confirmed before launching online inquiry collection or processing paid campaigns.

2. Information entered in campaign briefs

The form accepts a name, email address, optional telephone number, company, website, delivery type, quantity, campaign location, state, starting point, timing, service selections, how you heard about us, and campaign details. When you submit, these values are sent to the Streetforce team’s lead inbox so we can respond to your inquiry, along with technical metadata such as the page address, referrer, submission time, and any campaign tracking parameters in the page URL.

You can also download a copy of your brief as a text file; that downloaded copy remains under your control on your device. Device backups, shared devices, and browser extensions are outside this tool’s control. Do not enter sensitive personal information or private details about third parties. Submitting a brief is an inquiry, not a booking or service agreement.

3. Technical information and purposes

Loading a website can expose an IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or device information, and referrer to hosting, content-delivery, and security providers. These providers may process such information for delivering pages, reliability, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and their own documented service obligations.

This site includes error-reporting infrastructure that may send technical diagnostics when a page fails. Avoid putting personal details in URLs or query parameters. The site operator has not published a verified provider-by-provider retention schedule; this notice does not invent one.

4. Storage and accessibility preferences

Accessibility display choices are stored under the browser storage key “streetforce-accessibility” on this website’s origin, so larger text, contrast, link underlines, and motion preferences can persist. This storage contains boolean preferences, not your campaign brief. Use Reset preferences in the accessibility panel to restore defaults, or clear the site’s browser data to remove stored preferences.

The campaign brief feature itself does not set advertising cookies or send a form to a server. Hosting or platform services may have their own technical behavior; this notice does not certify that every provider is cookie-free. If analytics, advertising, or other nonessential tracking is introduced, the notice and any legally required consent controls must be updated before activation.

5. Fonts, media, and external links

Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, and campaign video and city images are delivered by external media hosts. A request to these providers can disclose technical information such as an IP address and browser details. Follow their privacy notices for their practices. Photograph credits link to Pexels or other listed sources; geography references link to Wikipedia.

Clicking an external link takes you to a separately operated service. This website cannot control what that service collects. Opening an external page does not send a campaign brief unless you independently share it.

6. Disclosure and no brief sale

Submitted briefs are used to respond to your inquiry and plan potential campaigns. Streetforce does not sell submitted brief contents. This statement does not classify all hosting-provider or lead-processing activity under every jurisdiction’s definition of “sale” or “sharing.”

Brief contents and technical data may be accessible to the infrastructure and lead-processing providers that deliver the submission, and may be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate abuse or protect rights and safety.

7. Retention, security, and international processing

You control deletion of downloaded briefs and local browser preferences on your device. Retention of submitted briefs and technical logs depends on the applicable hosting and service-provider policies and operational or legal requirements; no fixed server retention period is stated here.

No website or device can guarantee perfect security. Keep downloaded briefs secure and avoid shared-device exposure. External hosting, media, font, and lead-processing services may process information outside your country; applicable safeguards and transfer requirements apply to that processing.

8. Your choices and privacy rights

You may choose not to enter details, close the page without downloading, delete a downloaded file, reset accessibility settings, or clear website storage. Depending on your location and applicable law, rights may include access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, restriction, or opting out of certain processing.

There is currently no monitored online rights-request channel on this website. The campaign brief form is for campaign inquiries and is not a privacy-request submission; it must not be treated as one. For an existing contracted relationship, use the contact process in your signed agreement. You may also seek guidance or complain to the relevant privacy regulator. No provision here limits rights or complaint options provided by law.

9. Children and future changes

The website is directed to general business campaign planning and is not intended to solicit information from children under 13. Do not enter information about children in the brief tool. Any future feature that collects personal information must reassess applicable age, consent, and privacy requirements.

Material changes to collection, submission, tracking, or provider arrangements require this notice to be reviewed and updated. The revised date identifies the current version.
