Terms of Use

These terms govern access to the Streetforce website. They do not by themselves create a campaign booking or replace a separately signed service agreement. Last updated October 13, 2026.

1. Scope and acceptance

Streetforce refers in these website terms to the operator of this website, not to a separately identified legal entity. By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent applicable law recognizes that agreement. If you disagree, stop using the website. Mandatory consumer protections and other rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain in effect.

Before a paid campaign begins, the contracting business and client must be identified in a written agreement. This website does not establish an office in any listed city or confirm staff, permits, inventory, or campaign availability.

2. Who may use the website

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these terms, or use the website with appropriate parent, guardian, or organizational authorization. Anyone acting for a business must have authority to do so. Do not provide another person’s information without authorization or submit confidential, regulated, or sensitive personal information through the brief generator.

3. Permitted and prohibited use

Use the website for lawful information gathering and campaign planning. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, scrape at a rate that disrupts service, or circumvent security controls. Do not use the site to plan trespass, harassment, unlawful posting, deceptive advertising, discriminatory targeting, or distribution that violates property or event rules.

Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect users, rights, security, or compliance with law. This does not remove any contractual or statutory rights you may hold.

4. Website information and city guides

Content is general campaign-planning information, not legal, permit, zoning, financial, or professional advice. Neighborhoods and nearby communities are examples rather than exhaustive boundaries. Venue names, operating status, schedules, access requirements, and local rules can change. Verify current conditions directly with the relevant authority, property owner, or event organizer before relying on them.

No city listing, photograph, example, estimate, or service description promises coverage, delivery counts, exclusive access, or a completed Streetforce project. Photography and campaign footage may be illustrative and are not proof of a local office or past campaign.

5. Campaign briefs and no automatic booking

The campaign brief tool prepares a text document in your browser. It does not send an inquiry to Streetforce, reserve a date, accept payment, form a service contract, or guarantee a response. Downloading a brief is not confirmation that it was received.

Prices, production specifications, distribution quantities, schedules, reporting, deposits, cancellation rights, and acceptance criteria must be settled in a separate written campaign agreement. Do not treat informal website content as a binding quotation.

6. Intellectual property and third-party content

The website’s original branding, writing, design, and other protected materials are owned by their respective rights holders. You may view the website and keep a personal campaign brief; no broader license to reproduce, resell, redistribute, or use Streetforce marks is granted. Applicable fair-use and other statutory exceptions remain available.

City photography and other third-party materials remain subject to their individual licenses and credits. A displayed photograph does not grant permission to reuse it in advertising. Third-party names and marks are used for identification and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.

7. Links and outside services

External links and hosted media may lead to services not controlled by Streetforce. Their availability, content, privacy practices, and terms are their own. Inclusion of a link does not guarantee accuracy or endorse a provider. Use external resources at your discretion and check their applicable terms.

8. Availability and disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, website information and tools are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis without a promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose. We aim to maintain accurate content but cannot guarantee every changing local detail.

Nothing here excludes a warranty, responsibility, remedy, or consumer right that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. No marketing outcome, response rate, sales increase, attendance level, or return on investment is guaranteed by website content.

9. Liability and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Streetforce is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses caused by reliance on general website information, third-party websites, or interruption of the brief tool. Paid-service responsibility must be addressed in the signed campaign agreement; these website terms do not create a monetary cap for that work.

These limitations do not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any loss or obligation that cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable personal-injury or consumer protections. Each party remains responsible for its own unlawful conduct.

10. Disputes, changes, and severability

The law and courts that apply are determined by applicable law unless a valid signed service agreement states otherwise. These website terms do not impose a specific jurisdiction, mandatory arbitration, or a class-action waiver. Parties should first seek a good-faith resolution without limiting required legal deadlines or remedies.

Updates will be posted with a revised date and apply prospectively as permitted by law; they do not retroactively change a signed campaign agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful. A failure to enforce a provision once does not by itself waive later enforcement.
